How to Use

- For best results, do not brush teeth immediately before applying strips.
- Open foil pouch and remove.
- Peel strips from backing.
- Apply gel side of strip to teeth.
- Align strips with gum line and press gently for good contact.
- Fold the rest of strip behind teeth to keep in place.
- Wear strips for 30 minutes twice a day, remove and discard.
- If you notice gel on your teeth, brush, rinse, or wipe it away.

it works, make sure you stick to it becuse i forget sometimes. at night i try to wear it to bed. pls do not wear it to bed cos it make your teeth/gum sensitive.

I've seen results very quickly with this product, but I'm disgusted at the packaging that Crest uses. The whitestrips are paper thin, yet the box the come in is enormous. Not only is the box 3x bigger than it needs to be, but it's double-walled plastic, doubling the waste!
As much as I'm impressed by the product, I cannot recommend it based on the packaging waste.

Very satisfied with the whitening results. Noticed whiter teeth in just 3 apps. Unfortunately, I find the "strips" kind of a pain as they still slip. They stay on better than the original Crest Whitestrips, but still have a tendency to wander. Tooth sensitivity may be a problem for some, but just wait a day or two in between applications and you should be fine.

I've just finished the 10 day treatment. The solution works well. But the strips are very flimsly. (Thus the four star rating). They were difficult to place exactly on the theeth. And were proned to shift during the treatment time. I believe that I may not have gotten the maximum benefit of the treatment because of the difficulty of placing the strips.
I plan to use a whitening treatment annually. But the next time I will select a product that uses disposable whitening trays.
